Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ignite Your Sexy for your healing and empowerment journey. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your session. 1. Booking & Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All transactions are processed securely, and your information remains confidential. 2. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 3. Technology & Connectivity Sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams. A stable internet connection is required. If technical difficulties arise on our end, we will reschedule your session at no extra cost. If you experience technical issues, please contact us as soon as possible to determine a solution. 5. Refunds & Transfers All sales are final. Refunds are not available for completed sessions. If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may transfer your session to another person with prior approval. 6. Confidentiality & Ethics All sessions are private and confidential.
